EXCHANGES

Due to the custom-made nature of print-on-demand (POD) products:

  • We do not offer exchanges for errors related to customer selections
  • This includes size, design, color, quantity, or product type

All order details are clearly displayed and confirmed before checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your selections.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Cancellation Window

Because POD items are produced specifically for each order:

  • Requests to cancel or modify must be submitted immediately after purchase
  • Changes may be accepted before production begins, usually within 6 hours, depending on production status

After Production Starts

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced
  • In limited cases, replacements may be evaluated based on specific circumstances

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligibility Period

  • Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • After 30 days, the order is considered final and accepted, and no reimbursement will be issued

ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURN & FULL REFUND

A 100% refund (including original shipping fees) will be granted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • The received product is incorrect
  • The design differs from the original order
  • The size does not match the order
  • The material differs from the description
  • The product does not match how it was advertised

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items will NOT qualify for a refund if:

  • The item has been worn or washed
  • The item has been altered or modified
  • Damage was caused by customer handling
  • Original tags are missing
  • Minor loose threads are present (considered normal and repairable)

All returns must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

REQUIRED PROOF FOR REFUND CLAIMS

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Shipping label or delivery receipt
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Relevant email correspondence with our support team

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

  1. Email your request to Support@JOVAXTEE.com with all required documentation
  2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item using a traceable carrier
  5. Email us the tracking number or return receipt image
  6. Additional steps may be requested depending on the case

⚠️ Important:
Do NOT return items without prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns may be lost and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are processed only after we confirm eligibility via email.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
