Your order’s arrival time is calculated as follows:

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days (each item is custom-printed just for you).

  • Shipping Time: * USA: 5–14 business days.

    • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Yes! JovaxTee proudly ships to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated accurately at the Checkout page once you provide your shipping address.

 

We provide a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information and payment data. We do not store your card details, and your data is never shared with third parties.

 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters our automated production queue and cannot be stopped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

 

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (printing errors, fabric holes).

  • The wrong item or size was sent compared to your order.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • Note: As each item is printed to order, we cannot offer returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

 

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the product error and the shipping label for faster processing.

 

First, check the Tracking Number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 10 days or the estimated delivery date has passed, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
