Any use of our platform that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of third parties is strictly prohibited. If you believe that content available through JOVAXTEE violates your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal notice following the procedure below.

A. HOW TO REPORT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

Upon receiving a valid and complete infringement notice, JOVAXTEE will act promptly and in good faith to remove or restrict access to the disputed content. Accounts associated with repeated violations may be permanently terminated.

To submit a DMCA or intellectual property infringement report, please provide the following information to our Designated Agent:

Required Information

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or intellectual property claimed to be infringed (including registration numbers if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the allegedly infringing material and its exact location (URL) on the JOVAXTEE platform
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A declaration made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may delay processing.

B. REVIEW & RESPONSE PROCESS

After receiving a legitimate infringement notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • The user responsible for the content will be notified
  • Repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated

These actions are taken in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

C. SUBMITTING A COUNTER-NOTICE

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled content and its prior location on the JOVAXTEE platform
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to error or misidentification
  • Your full contact details (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, JOVAXTEE may forward it to the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated by the rights holder, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days.
